We provide live music performance services for private, corporate, and public events.

All services are:

2. Tailored based on event requirements
3. Confirmed only upon written agreement or contract

Submitting a form or enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.

3. Booking and Payment

1. A booking is only confirmed once both parties agree in writing (email or contract).
2. A deposit may be required to secure a booking.
3. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date (unless otherwise agreed).
4. Prices may vary depending on: Band size, Location, Duration, Technical requirements.

4. Cancellations

By the Client

1. Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
2. Cancellation within a specified period (e.g. 7–30 days before event) may incur full payment.

By Us

1. In rare cases of unavailability (e.g. illness), we will offer a suitable replacement, or provide a refund of any payments made.

5. Event Requirements

The client agrees to provide:

1. Safe and suitable performance space
2. Access to electricity (if required)
3. Necessary permits/licenses for the event
4. Reasonable access for setup and breakdown

We reserve the right to refuse performance if conditions are unsafe.

6. Performance Conditions

• Set times, breaks, and performance format will be agreed in advance.
• We may adapt performance (volume, setlist, lineup) to suit the event environment.
• Delays caused by the client may reduce performance time.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (music, branding, images, videos) is owned or licensed by us.
• You may not reproduce or use content without permission.

8. Media and Promotion

We may:

1. Capture photos/videos during events
2. Use such content for promotional purposes

If you wish to restrict this, you must notify us in writing before the event.

9. Liability

1. We are not liable for: Indirect or consequential losses and Event disruption outside our control (e.g. weather, venue issues)
2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

1. Use the website unlawfully
2. Submit false or misleading information
3. Attempt to disrupt or hack the website

11. Privacy

Any personal data submitted via the website (e.g. enquiry forms) will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New York State.

13. Changes to Terms
